Stockholm Syndrome

The North Vietnamese tortured John McCain. Now he acquiesces to the continuation of Duhbya's CIA torture policy.

In 2000, Duhbya and the Bushists engaged in some of the vilest political character assassination against McCain. Now McCain makes common cause with one of the men who viciously abused him.

It appears that there is no depth to which John McCain will not stoop in pursuit of his overweening ambition. It's sad, really.

You are torture.

To paraphrase Harry Truman, I just tell the truth and you think it's torture.

Even thinking that, you keep coming back for more. I guess that makes you a masochist. Sorry, Amy Mistress of Pain is not in the house.

Didn't Harry Truman give the Okay to Drop two A-Bombs on Japanese citizens that killed hundreds of thousands!

Then, Harry truman oversaw the Korean War which led to over 50,000 U.S. Casualties!

Your liberal party has some real winners - Keep the torture coming! and give them hell Harry!

You probably blame FDR for fighting the Nazis. Troll.

I blame FDR for not getting into the War against Hitler sooner. FDR could have taken a page from G.W. and done something preemptive. Maybe FDR could have saved 73 million lives during WW2. - Would that be popular?

But I guess FDR didn't have good intelligence, Maybe, FDR was just too busy letting Pearl Harbor happen (L.I.H.O.P.) and planning to put U.S. Citizens with Japanese heritage in Concentration camps. Maybe FDR was waiting For Great Britain to fall? - Keep bringing up your liberal past - you have some real winners there!

P.S. FDR Also, wanted to add additional Supreme court Justices so he could get more socialist programs off the ground! - Can't understand why you don't support G.W.

Maybe you want to rewrite all history as your own fantasy, Lancelot. If you'd been made a partner of Eve, you'd be in Eden still. You're a legend in your own mind.

The Judiciary Reorganization Bill of 1937, frequently called the Court-packing Bill, was a law proposed by United States President Franklin Roosevelt. While the bill contained many provisions, the most notorious one (which led to the name "Court-packing Bill") would have allowed the President the power to appoint an extra Supreme Court Justice for every sitting Justice over the age of 70½. Six additional justices would have been appointed.

World War II casualty statistics vary to a great extent. Estimates of the death toll range from 50 million to over 70 million.

On February 19, 1942, soon after the beginning of World War II, Franklin D. Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066. The evacuation order commenced the round-up of 120,000 Americans of Japanese heritage to one of 10 internment camps—officially called "relocation centers"—in California, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Colorado, and Arkansas.

FDR is legendary! Not me.

These things are on topic, how exactly? Isn't what you're saying, "Hey, look over there!"?

You brought up Truman. And created a new topic within a topic. Harry as some kind of mentor of intelligence. Maybe your hero, Truman, can continue to give you pointers from the past. So you can rewrite history.

I guess you don't want to talk about John McCain's abandonment of his own principles against torture. Instead, you want to talk about someone I paraphrased to make a point. As anyone with a third grade education could tell, that wasn't a change of subject.
