Anti-socialist

The Republicans think it's fine if Bill Gates has billions and the rest of us are destitute. On average, we're fine! And Bill will invite them to parties.

The Republicans think that the rich can have all the private equity, and there's no need for social equity for the rest of us. Never mind equality. If we're living in the street and burn down just one of their fucking houses to keep warm, they expect to punish us. They believe that this inequity is just and Christian.

There's a common ignoramus meme in conservatism that any policy that concerns itself with equity is "socialist". Tax the rich - who after all have reaped practically all of the economic gains of the past thirty years - to provide good government or health care, and that's somehow evil. But socialize the losses of the investment markets, and that's fine. Ending the tax subsidies that export solid jobs out of America is protectionism, but unlimited CEO pay is divine. The ignoramus conservatives think that they earn their paychecks, while we sponge ours.

These SOBs have no conscience, no respect for us or for facts, no willingness to share - the first moral lesson that every toddler has to learn. They want to restore feudalism - as long as they are liege.

You know, it's long past time we punished these greedy bastards.

(Man, that Irish whiskey is working tonight!)

Are you running windows xp or vista, or are you using linux or os X?

What is the Government suppose to do? Outline that, then tax accordingly. Sounds like the U.S. Government is expected to do so much.

Maybe we need a Fair Tax like Gov. Huckabee supported? How' does taxes in Massachusetts work? Is it effective?

When are our politicians going to quit using taxes as a political football and claim that if the opposition is elected, someone is going to
be punished. - So who is going to be punished?
Bill Gates?

Aim for coherence, anonymous. That would be a big first step for you.

Windows XP is an operating system developed by Microsoft and Bill Gates.

Question, for you Lovable. Do you run Windows on your computer?

Your reference to Bill Gates as a greedy bastard,
may have some merit in some circles that have received some grants from the Gates Foundation, But what should the punishment be?

Maybe it was too many questions at once for your high level of intellect. - Sorry, it won't happen again master.

Still falling far short of a coherent statement. Do you expect me to try to stitch an argument together for you out of pieces-parts? Not interested.

Note: It's totally clear to anyone with a mastery of English that the greedy bastards are the Republicans.

Ah, the land of opportunity, where anyone can live the American dream, except people like you who want it given to them instead of working their butts off to get it. Heres a great idea to stimulate the economy: lets tax the crap out of those that employee the lower income, so they in turn have to lay off those very same people the messiah is trying to save! I guess its not fair that those of us who have made something of oursleves, earned a decent income, SAVED WISELY, should reap the benefits of OUR hard work. Instead, lets just distribute all of OUR hard earned money to those that feel they deserve it. Do you not understand that is the basis of Socialism!?! You are not uniting america, you are splitting it right down the middle.

Yeah, sure, anonymous, you know how much I make and how much I sit on my ass. Sure you do.

Trickle down economics doesn't work for all of us. It works for those who piss on the rest. Under Republican policies for the last 30 years, the rich have gotten vastly richer, the poor have gotten poorer, and the middle class has shrunk with its income stagnant. You could look it up.

On the other hand, the period in U.S. of strongest growth was also a period of, frankly, confiscatory marginal tax rates. I'm not saying that's the cause, but it didn't kill the engine of productivity.

You think progressive taxation is socialist. I guess Adam Smith, the goddamn founder of modern capitalist economics, was a socialist, too.

At worst, I'm splitting 5% of America into a separate tax category from the other 95%. To hear the howling and mewling from wingnuts like you, it'll be the end of the world. You know it won't. Mostly, the very rich like John and Cindy McCain will have to satisfy themselves with only eleven houses and not an even dozen. Boo hoo.

So, anonymous, do you make $250,000 a year or more? And you never received any benefits from the government? How about your parents?

Okay one question. Are you running a Windows OS on your computer?

It's not relevant whether I'm running and cursing at Windows or running and cursing at Linux. The fact that you think it is - and that I'm obligated to answer your stupid questions just because you pose them - suggests that modern society does protect some useless members, for example, you. I'm o.k. with that, despite the fact that your greatest talent is trolling.
