Newt Gingrich (O truthsayer!) tells Fox that Nancy Pelosi has lied about her knowledge of torture at Guantánamo. Naturally, CNN follows along like a dog to heel.
The Republican evidence: Pelosi had a briefing after a classified memo was written in the Justice Department.
And we all know that the Bushists in the executive branch released all their classified memos to Pelosi.

Can't we assume that the administration who made an artform out of hiding behind Executive Privilege was not honest and forthcoming when briefing members of Congress?
I certainly assume Newt Gingrich is not being honest and forthcoming when criticizing Democrats on national television.
You'd think so, wouldn't you? But CNN can't seem to remember any of those glaring reasons to be even a little skeptical.
More evidence: Pelosi successor Jane Hartman objected to the same briefing. Oh, and Obama will never fill that glass with the 'rest' of the memo
