David Vitter watch, day 748. On this auspicious day, Vitter (R-Bordello) lectures caucus-mate George Voinovich on adherence to conservative values:
"I'm on the side of conservatives getting back to core conservative values," Vitter told the Washington Times. "There are a lot of us from the South who hold those values, which I think the party is supposed to be about. We strayed from them in the past few years, and that's why we performed so badly in the national elections."Strayed! He used the word strayed. The Senator with the hookers in his closet - more than once - thinks Voinovich is the problem for his party.
I couldn't in good conscience put bullshit like this into fiction - too ridiculously unrealistic. If Vitter had a conscience, this sort of topic would shame him into silence.
