On the seventh day

The MBTA rested its brain. This was an obvious case that should have been solved by good manners but needed law.

What makes it interesting is that it preserves the rights of a small Christian sect. Next time the wingnuts who want everyone to be their kind of Christian complain about anti-discrimination law, here's an example of the law helping a Christian.

Of course, they'll think that he's a weird Christian, so this won't convince them. But it might help with conservatives who aren't too far gone.
