The ones that were bailed out were the lazy, crybaby UAW "workers." Let me see....UAL, that's United Airlines, went bankrupt but resurfaced as a smaller but profitable company. MANY companies had to file for chapter 11 and go through the process but not Chrysler and GM. We don't want to alienate any union auto workers and their socialist brothers and sisters in other unions now do we?

There was no private financing for GM or Chrysler. Bankruptcy would have been a fire sale.
